Fresh & Honest company, located in Chennai (formerly Madras), India, has installed two VS200 (continuous) systems to add to its existing VS200 (batch type) system. Fresh & Honest makes and sells refrigerated soymilk in various flavors and tofu mainly in southern India. The company is the first to use ProSoya technology at VS200 scale in India and the first to use VS200 continuous system anywhere in the world.
