It can produce soymilk base at the rate of 250 to 300 L/H at 7 to 8% solids. It can also produce soymilk at higher solids at reduced yield. Since the soymilk quality is the same as of larger machines, it is useful also as a pilot plant, or a lead plant for market research for those interested in larger scale facility. The delivery time has also been reduced. In most cases a VS200 system can be shipped within a month of receiving a confirmed order. Being compact and light weight, many customers prefer to have it shipped air-freight.
